Middle East and India adapter is grounded and works with appliance plugs that have two or three pins. If you are traveling with a laptop with a three prong plug you will need a grounded adapter.
This grounded adapter plug enables US appliance plugs to fit into foreign wall outlets and also enables European plugs to fit into foreign wall outlets.
